Why are feminists trying to spread this lie.?

Yeah, it's not clear why feminists consider teaching men to rape is a viable thing to do but teaching women to not make false accusations, marry men for the purpose of bilking them for their money, etc is not.

The assumption that you're going to be able to convince a would-be rapists to not rape is questionable at best and laughable at worst. The climate of hostility it creates is INARGUABLE, especially on campuses where the number of men is 40% and dropping, where they already have been given a boat load of female sensitivity lectures, etc.

Women, on the other hand, who are in the majority, who statistically have NEVER BEEN SAFER, cannot possibly tolerate the comment that some of them may occasionally make a false accusation and that would be a bad idea. And no feminists seems to think the parallel between destroying somebody's reputation with a false accusation and raping someone is apt.

The feminist mantra is consistant and must be maintained: Men are always the perpetrators and women are always the victims. Woe be to you who do not agree with this mantra.

so your question mean, "why do feminist spread the lies that they expect men to be able to educate people with major mental issues not to engage in rape" ? or you could be more specific about your question.

Mental issues, sir, need to be dealt by psychiatrists, psychologists or very trained therapists, NOT feminists! It is not the responsibility of the feminist movement to deal with guys who have tendency to want to rape. They are not trained for that as compared to psychiatrists. Rather, their job is to help those women who are in abusive situations, or have no way of supporting themselves either because they have no education or no support system. Perhaps you are talking to the wrong people. There is only so much feminists can do as they have no training as the one required to deal with rapists. I hope this enlightens you somewhat.

They seem to have the idea that men need to be trained not to inflict harm onto people. It's a clear indication of the kind of preventative policies feminists have in mind when dealing with various issues. That is: blame men, then "reform" them.
