How should I break up with a coworker?
So I started dating this co-worker a while back. Like 2 weeks ago. And I realized things are NOT going to work out. I want to break up with her. However I don't want it to have any affect on the work place & work environment. What should I do?

Having a workplace romance is never easy, especially if it doesn't work out. You'll have to address this situation by telling her how you feel. Just tell her, I really thought I was ready for a relationship, but it's not what I want at this time. Assure her that, although you've enjoyed your time together, and you hope things don't interfere with your jobs, the relationship just isn't working for you. Tell her, you know things will be awkward for a while, but it's time to end the relationship.
Good luck

Break up with her. If you're unhappy, it's not fair to you or her.
Honestly, things will probably be awkward at first, but over time that will go away. If you feel an argument coming, remove yourself from the situation.
