Copyright on Atari game sounds and sprites?
I'm remaking this game, http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KyxKPT5hiB8
I was wondering if there is any copyright on the sounds and sprites. I'm copying the sounds from a video and on Youtube and drawing the sprites on the computer. If I can sell It I will try otherwise I would post it for download on windows machines.
Thanks.

(Edit: Sorry, Yahoo won't let me use paragraph breaks, so this is all a jumbled mess!)
Yes, there is.
"Copyright in a work created on or after January 1, 1978, subsists from its creation and, except as provided by the following subsections, endures for a term consisting of the life of the author and 70 years after the author's death."
"What parts of the video game are copyrightable?
Generally speaking, the underlying code is protected as a literary work, and the artwork and sound are protected as an audiovisual work."
Not to mention that Star Wars itself is under copyright (now by Disney!) and if you're remaking the game, you can't use anything related to Star Wars in it.
