Why won't the mouse on our computer work?

    not a play station 2 game re maid for another system :)

    then you need to do a full reboot withe mouse plugged in in otherwise BIOS won't recognize it

    There may be a problem with the wire, the mouse itself, or whatever port it's plugged into.
