Threatening to call her 1SG at this point is stupid - never threaten, just act. However, when her chain of command asks her what is going on, and she starts going on about whatever she and your hubby did together back in the day, then you need to be prepared for this all blow up in his face.

Yes, you phone up your husbands cell phone company and have her number blocked. If that doesn't work, you can take it up with the police as it is harassment.
