How do I add a picture to a question or answer here?
I've seen others do it, but can't find the option when I ask or answer a question.
The pictures I'd like to add are on my computer and not online, so they wouldn't have a URL that I can add to the question or answer.

When you use the new layout, that is on the USA version of the site, you will see a line "add media" under of the question.
When you start asking in the small purple box it will show up when you have hit ask, between the main question and additional details.
Mouse over the 'add media' and it will tell you which size is allowed. Click on it and you get the options to add.
