A person is randomly selected from those patients after completion of treatments and found to have recovered. What is the probability that the patient received the new treatment?

your q says 5 of patients are selected ... new treatment ..... a person randomly selected from those....
then haven't all recived treatment, regardless of recovered or not ????
well, assuming you mean 5% , say. [you can always change the figure]
P[received treatment & recovered] = 5% * 50% = 2.5%
P[didn't receive treatment & recovered] = 95% * 30% = 28.5%

P[received treatment | recovered] = 2.5/28.5 = 5/57 = 8.77% <-----
