How do I prepair cucumber for fish?
I have a few catfish and plecs, just want to know how do I prepair cucumber for them? thanks

I cut mine into 2 inch round pieces then weigh them down so they stay at the bottom of the tank .

Just slice it into a 1 cm thick slice and put it in the tank. It does not need any blanching or boiling or anything doing to it. Loaches, plecs, barbs etc. love it.

You don't need to do anything to it. Just weigh it down. You can leave the skin on if you want or take it off, either way the fish will eat around the skin.
Mine never liked it, maybe yours will.

I cut it into a thick slice, peel the skin off (it can have pesticides on) and then blanch it so it's a bit softer seeing as I feed it to my goldfish.

I would use zucchini NOT cucumber ....
they zuke will not be as likely to foul the water.
