The school will not want its students to have the privileges that come with being an admin. If you ever did something that killed the school network, or introduced a virus on the network, then you might be expelled from school.

The computer has been supplied to you to do school work, and not for playing. If you want to watch videos, you should have your own computer. Tablet computers are fairly cheap now, and many are quite powerful enough to play videos.

You can't. If you ever became admin, they would notice it in their tracking software, that an 'admin" was logged in at a time when they should not have been.

Even if you did get in as admin, during "admin" hours, you can't cover your tracks. Even the PC system logs would record every startup and login.
