New Jersey and Oregon have no self serve gas stations. In Wyoming you cannot buy beer in a grocery store.?

    It seems pretty clear that you find this stuff odd. Pennsylvania has many such laws, such as being unable to purchase a car on Sunday. Still on the books is a law that you can't pile horse dung higher than 10 feet high on a city sidewalk.

    The question is, how many of those weird laws are enforced?

    18 states require abortion clinics to become ambulatory surgical centers and require abortion doctors to have admitting privileges at a local hospital.
