what site gives outside diameter of tires?

    Use this formula:

    Treadwidth/25.4*ratio/100*2+rimdiameter

    If you multiply that result by 3.14159, you get the outside circumference

    Sooooo, a 235/65R16 has an outside diameter of:

    235/25.4 * 65/100 * 2 + 16

    = 9.25 * .65 * 2 + 16

    = 6 * 2 + 16

    = 12 + 16

    = 28 inches diameter

    Multiply 28 * 3.14159 and you get:

    88 inches for a circumference.
