Should I keep Microsoft surface rt?
I went out yesterday and bought the $400 bundle for school and don't feel right about it. It would help if you can post reasons to keep it or to get rid of it. Keep in mind the three things I am going to be using this tablet for are MS office, Netflix, and browsing the web. I just need to ease my mind about this purchase.

A windows netbook as suggested runs on windows XP which is no longer supported by MS and while it may have been your perfect solution some years ago would have cost as much back then.
You can only use Office on the MS tablets although there are other productivity suites available should you choose an Android-based device, I do not know what is available for an Ipad. At the $400 price you must have gotten the keyboard /cover or does the addition of the full blown version of office push it to 400? I would check round if you got the standard Surface RT because the price has dropped well below the price you paid.
