What did your PPI cover? Ask them why they aren't paying out.

Have you claimed on your PPI insurance ? If not you need to. the credit card company will not know you have had an accident and are unable to make the minimum repayments

just cos you have ppi dont automatically mean you were mis-sold it

The key thing about mis-selling is that somebody has to actually convince you to buy it

Mis selling DONT apply if you bought it-

that is- you filled out an application form and either ticked a box to say you would have it, or didnt tick a box to say you didnt want it

i.e nobody actually sold it to you - YOU bought it using your own judgement.

Since most credit card applications are filled out by the applicant by themselves then its unlikely you were missold anything

Its that YOU bought a product that was not suitable for you,and that would be nobody's fault but your own.

    HOWEVER

as previously said- first thing to do is find out WHY they aint paying out for the accident

Have you actually claimed yet? Have you spoken to the insurer? The card company sell you insurance which is paid out by a different company or a different part of the card company. You need to claim it. It is not automatically paid out. And yes, read the contract. It will tell you what to do.
