    Dear sir,

To understand Raam dwar you first try to understand ... What is "Raam" ? Not who is Raam.

Raam is the symbol of 'Purusharth' with discipline. If you can get everything in the world by the virtue of yourself what you deserve... that is 'Purusharth'; but if you try to get only those things which are allowed by the society in a disciplined manner .... that is called social discipline('maryaada').

Raam is also called 'Maryaada Purushottum'. The best 'Male with the social discipline'!! If you try to do the work with your 'Purusharth' under the social discipline' you are a do gooder. You automatically become a part of "Raam"! a reflection of "Raam" starts shining in you. So where ever you live it becomes "Raam's abode" and it's door is "Raam dwar"......That is guarded by Shri Hanuman Ji. No wicked person is allowed near you through that door without permission.

That means... those who are do gooders are protected from the wicked people by "Hanuman ji".
