Are one night stands overrated?

It depends. In the long run yes. But once in a while it can be fun.

I personally think that it depends on how you think of it. If there are no feelings attached, and you're on good terms with the person, and you're both on the same page, then I think it can be fun and no harm done. But there's always the possibility of something going wrong, like feelings developing or things becoming awkward. So with the right person, it can be fun. With the wrong person, it can go terrible.

Yes. There is no meaning and no connection. It is much better if you actually care about the other person and have a connection with them.
