Hello Daddio, I am Italian and I can help you to translate this sentence.
However, there are two different ways to translate your sentece:
Future: Io mi prenderò cura di tutti gli affari di famiglia.
Present: Io mi sto prendendo cura di tutti gli affari di famiglia.
If you said that you are taking care of all family business in this moment, you' ll use Present. Actually, in Italian we use the PRESENTE.
If you said that you are taking care of all family business but you aren't taking care of it in this moment but in the future, you must conjugate it at Future. In Italian this kind of future is called "FUTURO SEMPLICE"
