It's pre season so I guess they want to try out different things and see what works. That's what the pre-season is partially for. I wouldn't be surprised to see Klay start sometime in the next week or so

Because Iggy is a SG and a better player than Klay
Klay will start if Bogut or Lee goes down with an injury

Iggy is better than Klay. He has more experience, and one of the best defenders in the game not to mention he can shoot 3s as well. Klay might benefit in learning from him
