Can I switch back to the old Yahoo Answers?
I'm sure this has been asked before but my research is getting me nowhere.
I've tried getting used to this "new Yahoo Answers" and I seriously HATE it. I like answering questions but this new layout/user interface is just ridiculous. I have noticed though that if I'm at home, the old version loads. While I'm at work, the new one loads. Is there a way to switch, at least until we're all forced to use this ridiculous new one?
Thanks Vossler....I'm not sure why that worked but it did! :)

If you do not want to use the new format, For Now you can use the Canada site as it is still the old format and has the same q&a. http://ca.answers.yahoo.com/
Everyone that hates the new format needs to start posting on the Staff threads created just for voicing opinions on the new mess or at the very least vote on the existing threads here

One thread has over 600 votes.

As I use this site on my Samsung, I do not see what everyone else does. I have however noticed that they are expressing their feelings towards a particular change that has happened on Answers. Here's the Canadian site, so you may use the original version: http://ca.answers.yahoo.com/
As the other answer mentioned, the new Answers will be coming to all countries, so this will only be a temporary solution. As you are a level 6, I'm sure you'll know about any message boards that moderators might be running.

It takes a little getting used to. Normally, I am not a big fan of change for no good reason. However, this change really does seem to be an improvement, once one gets used to some things' being in a different place.
It looks like Yahoo really is making the switch. Using another country's site to get the old format is just postponing the inevitable. I say use the new one and get used to it. Be patient with yourself as you're learning your way around the new format.
I like the in-line answering & reporting and the Add Media link and the fact that anyone can now use the thumbs ratings system. I also like that, if you know where to look, you can see who gave you a thumbs-up rating.

Go to the Canada version of Yahoo Answers, as it still has the old format:

You can use another country's page like Canada's but that will only be a temporary solution until they switch them all over to the new format. It is coming to all countries.
