How much does Burger Kings cost to uograde a combo from small to medium?

I know not all restaurants let you do this, but some, for like 50 cents will take it from a small side and drink to a large, or a medium. How much does Burger King generally charge to do this, if they do it at all?

    C'mon. You can go to any BK and find this out.

    The price will vary by the metropolitan area and specific store. It costs more at a downtown location in a big city (higher taxes, rent, etc.) than at a small town location.
