Software for Image to PDF conversion?
Please suggest a software for Image (.jpg) to PDF conversion. The PDF file should be of 400 X 400 pixel. How can I maintain that?

You can try the latest version of Foxit Reader:

Its free. All you need to do is to resize your image first to 400x400, save it. Just right click on your image file and it will have the option to "Convert to PDF in Foxit Reader". Once it opens there, click the Save button on top and it can now be saved as a PDF file.

It is easy to do this if you have a pdf creator, like primopdf or pdfcreatorlite, both are free to use. they work as a pdf printer, so you can print the image to pdf format.
open the image, click Print, choose one of them from the list. Suppose you can set output PDF quality, as 300 x 300 DPI, but i am not sure the setting includes 400 x 400 pixel.
