what does p1518 mean on an 05 subaru outback?

my check engine light came on on my subaru today, but i think it was because of the gas cap not being tight enough. I took it to advance to have it plugged in to the code scanner anyways and it came up p1518 but no description available. i googled it and it said starter circuit low input? but i have no idea what that even means or if thats even right!

Its the wire from your battery (12v) to the solenoid on the starter (one of typically 3 wires). Check the wire. Possible it's throwing a bad code because the starter is staying engaged beyond the actual starting of the car.

So, typically you are looking at replacing a wire or replacing your started. GL!
