Who would police the ambiguity of poets?

Update:

"there is no poetry without ambiguity." Language is poetry and language is the thread that ties all human civilisation together; though I cannot for the life of me understand why anyone would be more inclined to misinterpret than to seek understanding.

No one there is no poetry without ambiguity. The rest is all ribbons and mirrors. Hitler tried to police art and destroy masterpieces but ended up collecting the decadent art of the masters. And we know where he went.
