Spiderman shattered dimensions problem?

Hey can anyone help me i bought spiderman shattered dimensions and installed it on my pc. my pc fulfills the min. system requirements to run the game. i am using windows 7 home basic 64 bit operating system. when i run the game it dosen't starts( the process just starts and then exit) same thing happens with call of duty black ops while running pop forgotten sands there is a black screen and nothing else. Please help and answer only if u know the solutions don't make guesses like dx problem or driver problem or change compatibility i have tried that all.i have asked this question fourth time. if any of u had the same prob and fixed it then help me.
