I Have a Crush on my Teacher. What do I Do?

To start, I am a Sophomore in high school and I am 16. The teacher of my Honors Chemistry class is insanely gorgeous. She's 23, wicked nice, and I love talking to her. I email her a little less than every day, just asking her questions about school work and stuff and throwing in a little sweet talk as well. She used to respond well to the sweet talk in my emails, but now she kind of ignores it. I think about her all the time, and it makes me really happy when I see her and excited to talk to her. I want to tell her she's pretty and all the feelings I have for her. However, I'm not confident it will go well, and she could think I'm weird or she'll know I like her. So what should I do? Should I tell her subtly how I feel? Other things? Thanks
