Had to change the battery yesterday and realised that this radio needs a code to work. Any one have the code I need? The serial number is 'V401993'. Thank you.

Like I said last time you asked "V" serials are dealer only, the software is not available to anyone else.

FORD V SERIAL NUMBER CODES
If your radio has the Ford V Serial Number then it will not normally be available for free as access is required to the Ford factory database (unless you can blag it for free from Ford)

dealers are the only way to reset it... my advice is to get a memory keeper the next time you change your battery.
