Being Targeted by Apartment Manager?
Alrite first off i know the obvious answer already MOVE OUT but i want to take a different course of action. So about a couple months ago we moved into this place closer to my work place the manager seemed cool and the neighbors are ok some times, but anways about a month ago the manager confronted me about speeding inside the parking lot ok so i started slowing down( didnt know i was going that fast), But today the manager confronted me a 2nd time about speeding. I literally let the car rolled in the parking lot from the street into my parking stall. The manager stated I was hauling *** into the driveway. I was pissed but hey what can i do i feel like im the only one being harassed. Heck I see people haul *** in the parking lot all the time and i dont see her saying sh it to them. What can i do?

Not much - tell the manager you don't believe you were speeding, but if they have clocked you with a radar gun, you would be pleased to review the findings and try to watch your speed in the future. Otherwise, since you don't believe you were speeding, then you see nothing to argue about. In the meantime start scoping out other places to live in the area (you have plenty of time since they can't do anything without proof that you are violating your lease in some manner). Once you find a suitable spot, the next time you get confronted, tell the manager that you are willing to come to an agreement that if they void the lease, you will move out within 60 days (check with the place you have found to make sure they have vacancies). If the manager doesn't buy in, tell the manager again that you do not believe that you were going fast and that he needs proof that you are, otherwise you are going to ignore him since you are not going any faster than any of the other residents. It's really just a matter of being civil and calling him out at the same time.

Being targeted for harassment by my apt manager has been going on in my case for over three years. It is a clear case of abuse of authority and just plain old shoddy management on her part. There are agencies who can help so I would say stand your ground and call in the enforcements legally.
