What would happen if I stayed in the foreclosed home I'm renting past the 90 days I was given notice?

Long story short- I was offered money to move out early (which I tried to take advantage of) but no one would call me back! I have contacted Freddie Mac and the attorney that gave me the 90 day notice several times. So I am wondering what would happen if I stayed past the 90 days? I'm guessing no one will say anything for a while, but will the police get involved at that point? Or will I be given another notice?

At some point the sheriff will come to the door and tell you that you have 30 minutes to get out. Can you pack up with 30 minutes notice?? You already got 90 days notice, so you can't cry later about only getting 30 minutes.

    Depends on the locale.

Since you're not protected by a landlord/tenant relationship, a constable can forcibly remove you for trespassing, whence the 90 day notice has run its course. The lender/owner pays for that service.

here locally at some unknow point

u will come 'home' to every thing

removed to the actual street in a pile

    when u are forceably evicted.

if u lucky, they will have a moving

crew box up your stuff and hauled

away. after that u get to BUY your

    stuff back from movers. legal.

    learn local laws.

    start packing.

One day the Law will come to you unannounced and give you 30 minutes to get all your belongings out.

There will not be anymore time.

    No cash, eviction, ruined credit.
