Of course you can! You will not get an infection, you might get some blood in the bathtub but it will all go down the drain anyways. In fact, you need to take a shower or bath at least once a day on your period so you can stay clean. Warm soaks can also help with cramps and possibly even mood swings.

Ofcourse you can! when I'm on my period I take so many baths! usually if you have cramps it's nice to take a hot relaxing bubble bath! so go for it and bathe happy (:!

so yes- you just might want to make it a short one if you flow is heavy
