my japanese vocabulary sheet has two different words for cool?

so in my Japanese vocabulary sheet it says

suzushii / cool and kakkoii / cool

whats the difference and definitions for each?

    Cool as moderately cold; suzushii.

    Cool as excellent or first-rate; kakkoii.

    Cool itself has two meanings in english. the temperature and looks/personality.
