Offer 1 isn't that good. We don't know if Gordon will keep up, and Moreno is probably going to be inconsistent. Losing Johnson will hurt there.
Offer 2 is excellent considering how good Graham is (Graham has similar value to Calvin) and you also get a great WR in Brown. Personally, I'd take this trade, take the TE upgrade, and possibly make a second trade selling high or Brown for the RB you need. Also, see if this owner has a RB to substitute Brown.
