PLEASE ANSWER! How long till my bald spot grows back?

I'm 15 and I guess I have this trichillomania thing idk how its spelt. But I have a little bald spot by my ear. Not noticeable unless you move my hair to see. How long will it take for that to grow back if I don't pull any? I want to get a buzzcut but I can't for now. So how long until i can get a buzzcut and it wont be noticeable? And are there any ways I can speed up the growth process?

    Try the nioxin treatment. Its a spray treatment u can spray it on the spot 3 times a day. Massage into the spots. Especially after u shower. It wotks wonders. It takes about 4 wks to start working so u have to be consitent with it. I've used it to grow bback a bald spot on myself before.
