So I'm a guy, theres this girl. Idk if I like her but yk I think shes cute and I've wanted to talk to her for THE LONGEST time. Butttt theres one problem. I've never talked to her. I've seen her around but never even had a chance to talk to her. She probably barely knows I exist. And I mean (not bragging) I'm the charming type, respects women stuff like that (man I sound like Drake lmfao) How should I approach her if I decide to? I know a ton of her friends and also, any things girls find adorable and stuff, like little things? Thats just curiousity.

Your best bet is if you just approach her and be direct to her that you find her attractive.
Rather than thinking that you will be rejected and worried what might happen just think to yourself
Why do you give a crap?
If all goes well and approach she might not like you but at the least she will be flattered, and even if she is faltered you should still try and go for her phone number.

Since you've never actually talked to her before, it would be strange if you just approached her was like, "Hey, wanna go on a date?" A better approach would be something like, "Hey, my name is Brian. I've seen you around and you seem like a great girl. I would love to take you out sometime for us to get to know each other better." After the date, then you could decide where to go from there.
Just be yourself. Don't try too hard. :)
