Good reason to break up with the girlfriend?
Been with this girl for close to 3 years:
My so called girlfriend said she was interested in coming to my dads get together birthday party. She was notified close to three weeks ago. Okay, here is where things get shady. Two days ago my mom emailed my girlfriend to let her know she was "unsure" about doing something which was on Saturday. The night before my girlfriend said she was available to hang out from 7-12am.
She was trying to make plans with me to go out to eat or the movies or something around that time frame. My mom called last minute and said she decided to go so I called my girlfriend to let her know about the change in plans. She then said she did not intend on going, and she is ended up hanging out with her friends during the time frame we were suppose to hangout.
Breakup able offense?

If thats the first time she has done it I don't know if you can plan a break-up on that one situation. But if you don't like her anymore than just break-up with her and say the reasons why so she understands

Yeah, I'd find that pretty rude. It's mainly up to you; if you love her you'd understand but give a warning, or just say that it's over.
