Hardware stores have 'silver solder' which is about 80% silver (or close to it).

    In the plumbing section.

    A bit pricey tho...

If it's too soft for your needs, it can be pulled a bit (stretched) which imparts a bit of rigidness.

Silver is not overly stiff to begin with.

Pure silver wire doesn't exist and wouldn't be suitable for jewelry if you found it. A craft store is your best best for something that will actually work for your project. A GOOD craft store will have someone that can help you select the best product.

Craft stores--in the beading section. You won't find "pure" silver, but they have sterling wire there. Or look on any website which sells beading and jewelry-making supplies.
