How can I get help with "Error 400" and "Error 404" with email?

Hello.

For the past three days, I haven't been able to view my email. Each time I click on any link pertaining to email, I get a page that says "HTTP Error 404" or "HTTP Error 400".

Usually, the tab will say "HTTP 400 Bad Request", the same as on a page that says "The webpage cannot be found".

I can't view anything of my email except for the drop-down menu on my homepage.

I have contacted Yahoo! by phone and by way of the "Help" page's email for support, but nothing has changed for the better. I was told by phone that it's a server problem on their end and should be temporary, but this is ridiculous. I'm still waiting to hear back through another email account because I can't read email that Yahoo! sends though Yahoo!.

Before speaking with them, I deleted cookies, deleted history, ran a virus scan, logged in and out and nothing worked, so that's when I got in touch with them.

Does anyone else have this issue and have you heard anything positive from Yahoo! as to when things will be cleared up?
