How to represent the formulas of physics in a graph of linear equation in two variables?

My teacher gave me an assignment to represent the formulas of physics for example v=u+at and many more in a graph. I have to take any two constant and variable terms and represent them in the form of ax+by+c=0. I have to find the coordinates first. I need help ASAP. Thanks

    Write the equation in the form : y = mx + c

    When x = 0, y = c ; you get one point as C(0, c)

    When y = 0, x = - c/m ; you get another point as A(- c/m, 0)

Plot the two points A and C on the x- and y- axes respectively

and join them in a straight line. The line AC represents the graph

of the Linear equation in two variables.
