Walmart and those people should both be charged. They both committed fraud.

Walmart knew the rules. Every other place they tried to use their cards that day either held to the $50 rule or turned them away.
The people should be held responsible, but so should the managers at these 2 walmarts.
Also, the demographic for this part of Louisiana? White and conservative.

That's up to those Walmart's. They stayed open and honored the cards which they knew was wrong.
I expect those stores have video of the whole assault. They could prosecute but they may be afraid of retribution. I wonder if Walmart will continue with its plans for DC after this?

the decision to press charges lies with harmed party, which is Walmart, or Walmart's insurer if they claim against insurance. i doubt that Walmart will do that, since they are partially at fault for allowing the overcharges.

They should be ,,, they know their limit, they knew they were stealing.
But they vote for democrats so obama and Holder will not prosecute any of them.
Infact obama and the liberals will blame Walmart.
