I have a question about an Ebay refund?

I live in the UK, I bought a phone from China around June, (it is an online Ebay electronics shop) they sent me it and it was broken, it cost me £120. they were happy to exchange it for another one, so I did that and I sent the broken one back. They then sent me another one, and that one was broken too. So I asked for a refund, they said they would.

I sent the phone back, and now I can hardly get an answer from them, they keep saying they haven't received the phone, but I checked my tracking number and it says received in China.

Because it took so long when they sent the broken phones, and me returning them, it has been longer than the Ebay refund policy of 45 days.

Is there anyway I can still get a refund? Please? I can't let them get away with doing this.

Thanks!

You might be able to reverse the charge on your credit card if you used it to pay rather than a bank account. It really is your own fault for not following Ebay procedure.

You must be sure to give them negative feedback first of all. Then when their rating drops, they might get on the stick and issue a refund.

Never buy from China and never spend that much money sight unseen. It is foolish. Too bad you didnt open an Ebay dispute immediately rather than deal with the seller. That way it is on record whats going on and you would have had Ebay send you the refund by now.

You can contact Ebay but you didnt follow the right procedure so I dont know what will happen.
