Legal help please!!!?
I live in a house that my mother owns outright, Its in her name. In June my wife left this house and has no slept here since. Does she have any legal right to return? i thought there was a property abandoment law but im not sure. There is no lease, i pay rent monthly. im in Florida, Does my mom have to formally evict her? Thank You

Without a lease there's not much that can be done on other side. I would change the locks and move on. Your wife has no standing to legally return since there was no lease signed, and your mom doesn't need to formally evict her at all. This is basically under the table, so really there's nothing legally that is at issue here.
