How to study?????????????????????
I have an FRQ and test tomorrow and Friday for AP PSYCH. I have a test in English on Friday on things that I don't remember doing. I have a test next week on a unit that will go by quickly and mostly without my teacher (usually not his style, it's just because of the circumstances of next week).
And me? I'm TERRIBLE at tests. Okay? I can study and memorize things but when I get to the test, I FAIL it (my mind doesn't exactly go blank, it's more of "why spit everything out at once so that you can't decipher what the question is asking". Well, that's what I feel personally (I get mostly C's, this year, it's been Cs, Ds--I've even gotten an F which is something I haven't gotten in a long time). I do realize I am hard on myself but I want to do well!
I know how to do tests and I know how to do FRQs but I don't know how to study. What is my style? I don't know! I've told many times to figure it out but then what? "Study for your test on Friday!" That's helpful. Very very helpful.
This year so far, I've written things down and then... well, let's be honest, I think about this specific detail and before I complete that detail, my mind goes, "YUP that's right! You're ready for the test." i don't really read over what I've written down, maybe half of it before I quit.
The quiz that I took before writing out this question starting a half hour ago and the picture shows my results.

Something fun but helpful i used is get a small treat such as gummy bears. Take one and put it under each paragraph or peice of what your studying and when you get up to it eat the gummy bear. You will be rewarded for each paragraoh read. This will help you enjoy studying which will therefore help you remember the content.
