Isn't there any way the government of the Philippines can improve their mail service?

Mails never arrive. most specially if it is suspected to contain something important. Of if ever it arrives, it sometimes.takes "forever"! Can't President Aquino do anything?

Yes it could be improved but that would entail getting rid of a big bunch of thieves that got their job thru political connections.

I certainly would like to see them go also however I doubt it will ever happen.

Like I said the only way to fix it now is thru mass firing of the people in Philpost.

I feel you. I only received a few mails (containing important documents) using the Post Office. Some never arrived. I agree with @frostitute, use a private carrier instead like LBC.

No because he collect, 1 % percent gain if there's something to be collected, then the director of the post office is 1% too. why they should intervene when money is officially collected and they've got the white card of admission to the business.
