I'm in a standard league and someone is proposing a trade offering cj Spiller and Trent Richardson for my?
For my Arian Foster? Should I go through with it my other starting rb is Brandon Jacobs and I have zac Stacy on the bench. My rbs are kinda weak.

No no no, no no no, no no, no
Maybe I'd suggest taking this trade if you only had one real RB on your team, but this isn't the case. Stacy and Foster are a heck of a duo to own, and should be more than enough for you through the rest of the season. There is no reason to trade down in quality just to get quantity here. Both Spiller and Trich are dissapointments so far this season and while there might be some who say this is a great time to buy low on them, you aren't buying low here. This would be buying high on them

I'd do it. You have absolutely no depth at RB, and even your RB1 is a huge injury risk. Jacobs isn't even going to be in the picture soon, which leaves you with a grand total of two RBs. If you leave things as they are, you'll basically be placing your faith in Stacy making things happen in that Rams running game ... a big gamble for your team to take on a rookie with a bad defense.
Spiller and Richardson are two excellent bets to improve dramatically as the season goes on. You'll be trading the immediate payoff of having Foster on your team for the long term benefits. I'd do it.
