Is it possible to punch the skin of of someone face?
Ok so I heard this crazy story of a 14 year old that got in a fight with a 17 year old the 14 year old beet up the 17 year old so bad that the skin was hanging of his face and he had to go to the icu . PS they both were bear fist. and did not where rings

European fighters get cut easily on face because of the sharp bone edges. Sir Henry Cooper said he used to get cut easily on the eyebrow and the skin moves apart and his bones become visible.

It is possible to tear or rip the skin on the face.
If they were fighting with bare knuckles rather than gloves this is most likely to happen.
The face is easy to cut, since there is not a lot of meat between the skin and the bone, so when it is hit it rips or tears.
