Why do I not get "send" button whenever I try to answer a question?

That happens on the new format. Happens to me too on the new format...

As long as you can see the small slice of blue across from Add Media where the submit button usually is, you can click just that small slice.

Tested it myself when i had the problem.

Another solution.....To get the button to show what you can do is hold down the Ctrl key and hit the minus - key and the button shows up. Your formatting will be smaller but you can change it back by holding down the Ctrl key and hit the + key.

An other solution is to use the Canadian site with the old format, it has all the same q&a. http://ca.answers.yahoo.com/
