What can I make this costume into?

So Halloween is coming up and my mom mailed me up a costume

But I don't think I want to be Medusa, I feel like that might be weird...is there something that I can be with the dress? Like what could I say I am? If I bought accessories and stuff

Update:

I didn't want my costume to be so "cotumey" if that makes sense, most costumes at frat parties are like home made...

    You could try a greek goddess. Like Aphrodite, the goddess of beauty and love.

    You could also try Superhero/villain. There is this one villain named Poison Ivy. You could do some research and dress up as her!

    For the second one you could take away the hat and be tinker bell
