What's your favourite cold cut?

Turkey and Ham. I'll usually get that combination at Subway.

Because of the salt and nitrates, I can't use them anymore, nor any prepared meats of that type. I used to vary what I bought from turkey, imported boiled ham and rare roast beef. There is low sodium ham, but it is still probably high. It is tasty, however.

Turkey Supreme & double smoked ham.

Our deli has a nice cut of corned beef which tastes nicer than the 'run-of-the-mill' corned beef.
