FRIEND IS BEING BULLIED AND NO ONE IS HELPING?
My friend lives in a different state and she is getting bullied badly and she has tried to get help from the adults and when they say they would talk to them they never do and she stood up for herself but they all laughed at her
Is there a way to help her?

You are such a good friend. First, call the police if there is any threat of harm, anywhere. Then, explore all her options with her. Can you create a game plan? Make lists of plans? Make a list of possible repercussions? Next, she has GOT to get it documented that she is asking for help. She needs to talk to someone in authority like the principal of her school, or a parent. Even if they do not seem to do anything, she should still keep trying. Yes, we all encounter bullies but we can ALWAYS ask for help. There is no wrong in developing life skills through help from others.
Make your friend a list of the things you like and respect about her to cheer her up.

Tell her that if it is physical bullying, she needs to tell the principal or her parents, but If it is calling names and other things like that all she has to do is just ignore the crap out of them and don't take to heart what they say

She doesn't need help.
She needs to deal with these bullies on her own and gain some coping skills.
Learning how to handle a bully is just part of growing up.
