What does cenosillicaphobia mean?

I was looking through my email and someone asked me this question and I did not know what the word represents I know that it is a fear of something containing silica or something like that maybe it is fear of glass?

    This is a "cod" phobia. It is meant to mean a fear of having an empty glass (ie the excuse when you drinking to have another drink)
