    Haye by KO.

Haye is an explosive puncher, his power comes from his legs. Spinks was good with punchers like Cooney who were slow, but he was in-effective. Not only is Haye's movement elusive, he has fast feet, reflexes and head-movement. He'll hit Spinks with shots he'd never see coming.

    Haye by KO in 5.

Spinks had better credentials and better quality of opponents in the heavyweights in his time compared to Haye now. Aside from Larry Holmes whom Spinks beat twice on points, Mike also met and defeated Gerry Cooney and Steffen Tangstad by TKO. His lone loss came at the hands of the very prime Mike Tyson who kayoed him inside one round.

I don't think Haye has the power to really threaten Spinks with KO or stoppage and Mike will surely give give him weird angles and very little target to work on.

I think Spinks in his prime was the better boxer/fighter than Haye in his own prime.

Spinks by close but unanimous points decision over 12.

Haye although he did not have the punch, did well with his movement. This is a tough one. I think Spinks would have probably beat Hayes by UD.

Michael had a stronger boxing pedigree being f4om a boxing family but David Haye is naturally bigger ,faster and harder punching than Michael SpSinks which I feel would overcome Sinks and his skills.

David Haye by 10th round TKO.
