I want to suggest that Honda Unicorn. Honda unicorn is a most popular bike in the pick-up,millage, maintenance or it's looking. I have Honda unicorn before 3 years. This is my self experience.

As per specifications Pulsar 150 is the best in all.
Hayabusa may be the best bike in the world, but if its not comfortable for you, then its not for you.
Test ride the 3 bikes you mentioned and choose the best for you. Comfort should be your first priority. Also buy only from showroom, as the price of showroom and local retailer is same. You get original accessories from showroom at the same price as the local retailer.

Yamaha R15 bike is best one because is a racing & sport and good pickup power nice looking, good mileage.
